Koppers Holdings Inc. Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

PITTSBURGH, May 4, 2023 /PRNewswire/ -- Koppers Holdings Inc. (NYSE: KOP), an integrated global provider of treated wood products, wood treatment chemicals, and carbon compounds, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.06 per share of Koppers common stock.  The dividend is payable on June 12, 2023, to shareholders of record as of the close of trading on May 26, 2023.
