("McCoy" or "the Corporation") (TSX: MCB) today announced that McCoy has formed a Strategy and Capital Allocation Committee of independent members of the Board of Directors of the Corporation ("the Committee"), comprising Mr. Alex Ryzhikov (Chair of the Committee), Ms. Katherine Demuth, Mr. Cory Janssen and Mr. John Walker.
