CALHOUN, Ga., July 28, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Mohawk Industries, Inc. (NYSE: MHK) today announced 2022 second quarter net earnings of $280 million and diluted earnings per share (EPS) of $4.40. Adjusted net earnings were $281 million, and EPS was $4.41, excluding restructuring, acquisition, and other charges. Net sales for the second quarter of 2022 were $3.2 billion, an increase of 6.7% as reported and 11.1% on a constant basis. For the second quarter of 2021, net sales were $3.0 billion, net earnings were $336 million and EPS was $4.82. Adjusted net earnings were $310 million, and EPS was $4.45, excluding restructuring, acquisition, and other charges.
