Announced that GoldMining Inc. has received payment in the amount of $3 million, which pursuant to the terms of the Option Agreement, was satisfied by NevGold by issuing to the Company 10,000,000 common shares. As a result, the Company has completed the sale of the Nutmeg Mountain Project to a subsidiary of NevGold. NevGold shares V.NEV are trading unchanged at $0.05.
