(NYSE: OGE) announced today that it has received notice of an unsolicited mini-tender offer by TRC Capital Investment Corporation ("TRC Capital") to purchase up to 3,000,000 shares of OGE Energy Corp. ("OGE Energy") common stock from OGE Energy shareholders. The offer represents approximately 1.5% of OGE Energy's shares of common stock outstanding as of the June 16, 2023 offer date. TRC Capital's offer price of $34.95 per share is approximately 4.38% lower than the $36.55 closing price of OGE Energy common stock on the NYSE on June 15, 2023.
