HOUSTON, Jan. 18, 2023 /PRNewswire/ -- Prosperity Bancshares, Inc.® (NYSE: PB) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly common stock dividend of $0.55 per share for the first quarter of 2023, payable April 3, 2023, to shareholders of record as of March 15, 2023.
