(TSXV: RHC) (OTCQB: RHCCF) ("Royal" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the closing of the first tranche of its previously announced underwritten private placement offering of 18,750,000 units of the Company (the "Units"), at an issue price of $0.24 per Unit for aggregate gross proceeds of $4,500,000 (the "First Tranche Offering").
