TORONTO, Nov. 23, 2023 /CNW/ - Treasury Metals Inc. (TSX: TML); (OTCQX: TSRMF) ("Treasury" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it proposes to complete a non-brokered private placement to raise gross proceeds of up to $4 million (the "Offering"). The Offering will consist of up to 28.6 million units (the "Units") of the Company at a price of $0.14 per Unit. Each Unit will consist of one common share in the capital of the Company and one-half of one Common Share purchase warrant (each whole Common Share purchase warrant a "Warrant"). Each whole Warrant will be exercisable at a price of $0.25 for a period of 36 months following the closing of the Offering.
