TORONTO, Sept. 26, 2022 /CNW/ - United Corporations Limited (TSX: UNC) (TSX: UNC.PR.A) (TSX: UNC.PR.B) (TSX: UNC.PR.C) (the "Company") announced today the preliminary results of its "modified Dutch auction" substantial issuer bid (the "Offer"). Pursuant to the Offer, the Company offered to purchase for cancellation up to $50,000,000 in value of its outstanding common shares (the "Shares") from holders of Shares (the "Shareholders") for cash. The Offer expired at 5:00 p.m. (Toronto time) on September 26, 2022.
