Ltd. has entered into a Royalty Agreement with an affiliate of Wheaton Precious Metals Corp. dated December 13, in relation to the Company’s Mt Todd gold project located in Northern Territory, Australia. Vista Gold Corp. shares T.VGZ are trading up $0.05 at $0.52.
