(NYSE: WOR) today reported net sales of $1.2 billion and net earnings of $110.3 million, or $2.15 per diluted share, for its fiscal 2022 second quarter ended Nov. 30, 2021. In the second quarter of fiscal 2021, the Company reported net sales of $731.1 million and a net loss of $74.0 million, or $(1.40) per diluted share.
