The agent’s take: “This is extraordinary because it is a huge property compared to others we looked at and others in the area,” Mr. Jelinek says.

“[The average] for this area is 40-feet frontage and this is 65-feet, and it has a two-car garage, others have one-car garages.”

The buyers also liked the home’s setting and state. “It has good value and potential,” adds Mr. Jelinek.

“[Plus] it is one of the nicer streets in the area.”
