Without question, this house’s locale spoke to most buyers. “We’re in Riverdale, which is a fabulous community highly sought out for access to TTC and the subway and amazing shopping on Queen Street and on the Danforth, plus you’ve got parks all around us and terrific schools,” Ms. O’Neill said.
“We’re in a very urban environment here, but you really feel a sense of community when you’re in Riverdale.”
