On Tuesday, a B.C. Supreme Court judge ruled that a dispute over a parking spot between a condo owner and the strata complex had gone far enough, ordering the owner to sell her unit or expect a visit from the RCMP. The complex had incurred more than $173,000 in legal fees and other costs, and the case had tied up resources thanks to numerous appeals and lawsuits.
