The campus at the University of B.C., Okanagan was the scene of chaos early Saturday as police investigated two stabbings, an assault and arrested eight people.

Staff Sgt. Blake MacLeod of the Kelowna, B.C., RCMP says police were already on the campus early Saturday when they responded to a report of a stabbing.

Sgt. MacLeod says officers found two men who had been stabbed and another who was assaulted, all with non-life-threatening injuries.

Eight males, seven men and one youth, have been arrested in connection to the attacks.

No charges have been laid yet.
