Police say the body of a missing Toronto man has been found near Huntsville, Ont., where he had gone on a survival excursion.

Toronto police Const. Tony Vella said Wednesday that Richard Code, 41, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Const. Vella said foul play is not suspected in the man's death, and that next of kin have been notified.

He said provincial police are investigating after the body was found on Wednesday afternoon in McMurrich/Monteith Township.

An autopsy will be conducted to determine the cause of death.

Mr. Code told his landlord when he left home on Thursday to call police if he didn't return Sunday night.
