A man charged with aggravated sexual assault for allegedly not revealing he had HIV was arrested Wednesday for the second time.

Dwane Robert Koltchigin, 40, also known as Tre, Tre Cold, Devin and Black Russian, was re-arrested and charged with aggravated sexual assault after a second woman came forward to say she had unprotected sex with the accused. Toronto police say he failed to disclose to the victim that he was HIV positive.

"We know that he lived in Florida for a period of time. We believe that there may be other victims and we're urging any other victims to come forward," Constable Tony Vella said.

Police are aware of at least two victims at this point, he said.

Following his second arrest, Mr. Koltchigin was scheduled to appear in court at College Park Wednesday.

Mr. Koltchigin was first arrested on April 30 on an unrelated matter but police say the investigation revealed he allegedly had unprotected sex without disclosing his HIV-positive status. He was charged with aggravated sexual assault on May 1.
