Dennis Fotinos, President & CEO of Enwave Energy Corporation is pleased to announce the appointment of Carlyle Coutinho as Senior Vice President of Finance & Chief Financial Officer.
Carlyle comes to Enwave with over a decade of experience in the Private Equity, Debt Investment and Professional Services industries across North America. In his last position with a US based Private Equity firm, he was responsible for identifying and structuring new acquisitions and loans, as well as the day-to-day management of portfolio companies including overall financial and operational oversight.
Carlyle's industry experience includes Consumer Electronics, e-Commerce, Furniture, Home Textiles, Apparel, Entertainment Properties and Gaming, Airline, Power, Waste Management, Aircraft Leasing, and Real Estate.
Carlyle earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Wilfrid Laurier University, and is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Financial Analyst Charterholder.
