Joe will be responsible for managing all operations, as well as compliance for ROI Capital and its funds. With more than 22 years of experience, Joe was previously Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer with Empire Life Investments and served as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Hartford Investments Canada. He was also a regulatory consultant for Deloitte and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
