Energy Services Association of Canada, York University and MaRS are pleased to announce that Peter Love has been named to Canada's 2014 Clean50 (www.clean50.com) for his leading role as an advocate for a culture of conservation.

As Ontario's Chief Energy Conservation Officer, Peter actively promoted energy conservation across the province and played a key role in increasing the minimum energy efficiency standards in the province's building code. The new code came into effect in 2012 and is among the most stringent in North America.

Peter is currently President of Energy Services Association of Canada, Adjunct Professor at York University's Faculty of Environmental Studies, serves on the Board of Directors of two cleantech companies (Yield Energy and International Solar Solutions), involved with several non-profit boards and committees, and is a volunteer cleantech Advisor at MaRS.
