Mr. O'Brien, who has spent the past 31 years in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors, has a proven track record building highly successful global enterprises. He has significant international experience in business development, marketing, selling, licensing, and researching & developing both small and large molecules, with strong sales results.
Cipher is a growing specialty pharmaceutical company with three commercial products and a fourth in development. Since its founding in 2000, Cipher has achieved regulatory approval in the U.S. and Canada for all three of its original products and completed seven marketing partnerships, generating increasing revenue.
