The Action: Agents Louise and Jason Dodd guided their clients through nearly 30 centrally-located condos with easy access to transit and picturesque views. The buyer gravitated towards this two-bedroom plus solarium suite at Rosedale Glen across from the Rogers' head office just south of the Rosedale Ravine.

What They Got: This northeast-facing suite in a roughly 30-year-old high-rise was professionally remodelled with hardwood floors, quartz counters and espresso cabinetry in the kitchen, as well as a smoke-free fireplace in the living room, crown mouldings and pot lights in the dining area and cedar flooring on the balcony off the solarium.

Practical luxuries include a walk-in closet and one of two full bathrooms in the master bedroom, wiring for sound throughout and stacked laundry machines, in addition to a locker and parking.

Monthly fees of $896 covers cost for water, heating, cable and concierge, plus a gym, pool and party room.

The Agent's Take: "It was over 1,500 square feet, and it had a beautiful view of the Rosdeale Ravine and that's one of the few guaranteed views in the city of Toronto because they're not going to build high-rises in front of you," says Ms. Dodd.

Even the building's storage facility was memorable. "It's not your standard condominium apartment lockers that are cages. This one was easily three times the size and it had electricity," says Ms. Dodd whose seen this set up once before. "What was also unique about it was … it was a separate room with concrete walls."
