Home prices in the Greater Toronto Area were up across the board in June. The average sale price of detached and semi-detached homes, townhouses and condos all rose from a year ago, in both the 416 and 905 regions, according to new figures from the Toronto Real Estate Board. The average price of a detached home in the 416 area climbed to $1.05-million in June, a 14.2-per-cent increase from a year ago. In the surrounding 905 area, the average price of a detached home jumped 15 per cent to about $738,000. Here's a look at how both prices have changed over the past two years.
