Colleen Campbell, the former head of BMO Nesbitt Burns' debt capital markets operation, is moving on to a new role as vice-chairwoman of the investment dealer.

In her place, Richard Sibthorpe will take on responsibility for the Canadian debt capital markets desk, while Jim Moglia, who is based in New York, manages the U.S. DCM operation as well as global leveraged finance.

Ms. Campbell was most recently global head of debt capital markets for the investment bank, and was head of the Canadian debt capital markets desk for 12 years.
