Slugger Jose Bautista is back in the Blue Jays' lineup after a four-game absence due to a sore back.

Toronto manager John Gibbons says the right-fielder will DH against the Yankees in the three-game series starting Friday. He will likely return to the outfield for the series against Baltimore that follows.

Bautista, who has also battled a sore ankle and ear infection, has played just three games this season.

He came into Friday's game at Rogers Centre hitting. 200 with three home runs and six RBIs.
