All-Pro cornerback Darrelle Revis is returning to the New York Jets, according to his agents.

After winning the Super Bowl with the NFC East rival New England Patriots, Revis is going back to the team with which he spent his first six NFL seasons before being traded to Tampa Bay in 2013.

Revis agents Neil Schwartz and Jonathan Feinsod wrote on Twitter on Tuesday night that "pending legal," Revis has agreed to terms on a new deal with the Jets.

The Patriots declined a $12.5 million roster bonus on Revis, making him a free agent — and a top target for the Jets and new general manager Mike Maccagnan.

Revis had two interceptions last season while helping the Patriots win the championship.
