QUESTION: I have a problem with my keyboard the letters "b" and "n" when pressed do not respond. The rest of the letters work fine, can you give and idea what could the problem?

ANSWER: Juan, you could try popping the letters off the keyboard and ensure the spring under them is seated properly. If that doesn't work, a new keyboard can cost as little as $10 at your local IT supply store.
