Charlie Sheen is asking fans to do a bipolar awareness walk with him this evening before his second gig in Toronto.
The troubled TV star made the request via Twitter today after he launched his "My Violent Torpedo of Truth" tour to mixed reviews in the city last night.
Sheen wants fans to meet him at the Ritz Carlton hotel at 6 p.m. so they can walk with him to Massey Hall, where he's set to perform for a second night with Canadian comedian Russell Peters.
The embattled actor says he'll raise funds during the walk for a Calgary-based organization that supports those with bipolar disorder, and that he'll match all donations.
Sheen has a history of drug and alcohol problems, and last month, his erratic behaviour prompted Warner Bros. to fire him from the hit sitcom "Two and a Half Men."
When told in recent interview with ABC News that some people feel he might have bipolar disorder, Sheen said he's not bipolar but "bi-winning."
Sheen kicked off his 21-city tour to brutal reviews April 2 in Detroit, and though he's since switched up the format, reaction has remained mixed.
The "My Violent Torpedo of Truth/Defeat is Not an Option Show" is set to hit Vancouver May 2.
