WINNIPEG, MB, May 16, 2024 /CNW/ - Boyd Group Services Inc. (TSX: BYD) ("BGSI", "Boyd" or "the Boyd Group") today announced that the nominees listed in the management proxy circular dated March 25, 2024 were elected as Directors of BGSI. The detailed results of the vote for the election of directors held at the Annual Meeting on Wednesday, May 15, 2024 are set out below.
