(the "Company") (NASDAQ: EGBN), the parent company of EagleBank (the "Bank"), today announced net income of $25.2 million for the second quarter 2022, compared to net income of $45.7 million for the prior quarter and $48.0 million for the year-ago quarter. Net income was $0.79 per share (basic) and $0.78 per share (diluted) for the second quarter 2022, compared to $1.43 per share (basic) and $1.42 per share (diluted) for the prior quarter and $1.50 per share (basic and diluted) for the year-ago quarter.
