HAIFA, Israel, June 20, 2023 /PRNewswire/ -- Elbit Systems Ltd. (NASDAQ: ESLT) (TASE: ESLT) ("Elbit Systems" or the "Company") announced today that pursuant to Article 23(d) of its Articles of Association, the Company's board of directors resolved to appoint Mr. Ehud (Udi) Adam as a member of the board, effective as of June 25, 2023, and until the next annual meeting of the Company's shareholders.
