(“Shaw”) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared monthly dividends of $0.09875 per Class B Non-Voting Participating Share and $0.098542 per Class A Participating Share, payable on each of December 30, 2021, January 28, 2022 and February 25, 2022 to holders of record at the close of business on December 15, 2021, January 14, 2022 and February 15, 2022, respectively.
