(“Shaw”) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared monthly dividends of $0.09875 per Class B Non-Voting Participating Share and $0.098542 per Class A Participating Share, payable on each of March 30, 2022, April 28, 2022 and May 30, 2022 to holders of record at the close of business on March 15, 2022, April 14, 2022 and May 13, 2022, respectively.
