Tools:
- concealer (cream or liquid)
- translucent powder
- small wedge sponge
- small concealer brush (if desired)
To cover up blue under eye circles, use an orange tinted concealer.
To cover up purple under eye circles, use a yellow tinted concealer.
Application:
Using your finger or a small concealer brush, apply concealer only to the areas that need coverage. Note: Using a brush allows for greater control and precision.
Set the concealer using translucent powder and a wedge sponge to keep it in place.
