wine review

Torrontes is a white grape with a happy face and lighthearted attitude. Lean, almost always bone dry, it smiles with sunny floral-fruity intensity. This one's delectably silky and round, with white table grape in the foreground and a crisp finish. Pair it with light curries, grilled shellfish or salads; $14.99 in B.C., various prices in Alberta, $18.27 in Newfoundland.
