A word of advice: Give this lovely white time to warm slightly after pulling it from the fridge. The flavours will come into better balance, with the ripe, tropical fruit fattening out in the company of bright acidity. It's full-bodied, silky and ripe, with sweet pineapple leading the way, joined by a subtly toasty-yeasty character and a hint of butter. Beautiful for lobster or salmon. Available in B.C. liquor stores, at various prices in Alberta, and at poplargrove.ca.
