A signature white variety of the Peloponnese peninsula, moschofilero is crisp, light and aromatic, a sort of tamed-down version of dry moscato or Argentina's torrontes. The Troupis Winery's 2013 Fteri is exceedingly light-bodied and cleaner than an operating room, with muscat-like fragrance of white table grape joined by suggestions of lemon, bitter citrus rind and spicy ginger. Perfect for light shellfish dishes. On sale in Ontario for $13.95 till July 19.
