The "Lu" here is Lula Staff, winemaker Sue-Ann's grandmother, who grew to love her granddaughter's riesling. Sweeter than off-dry, this exuberant, light white shows apple-sauce and pear notes along with lime zest and flowers. Good choice for spicy fish, roast pork, young cheeses or as an aperitif.
