Very fine Haut-Médoc blend of 50-per-cent cabernet sauvignon with 45-per-cent merlot and a splash of petit verdot. Perfectly ripe and elegantly oaked, with sweet cherry and cassis fruit joined by notes of tobacco and dark chocolate. The tannins are fine-grained and refined, and there's a bright, saline tingle on the finish. Drink now or hold for up to eight years. Available in Ontario.
