This is fragrant, floral, happy wine, the perfect summer cure, dry yet with vibrant fruitiness. Catena, the esteemed producer here, does a great job at a fine price. It's light and musky, with a pronounced flavour of white table grape. Perfect for freshwater fish or shellfish in a spicy marinade or light curries. Available in Ontario.
