Green Bay Packers defensive end Jarius Wynn could be forgiven for not having his mind on the game Sunday. His wife gave birth to a son earlier in the day at a Texas hospital, according to media reports.

ESPN's Adam Schefter reported that the Wynns are considering giving the baby the middle name "Super."

While Mr. Wynn had scant chance of playing last night (he had not played in the NFC championship game), observers were still speculating on what a thrill it might be to have a new baby and a new Super Bowl ring in the space of 24 hours.

Twitter fans had a field day with the news, with congratulations and word play galore. One Twittterer, Dvoors Voops, chimed in: "If Jarius Wynn named his daughter Super Bowl, by the end of the day, he could have 2 Super Bowl Wynns..." Groan.

We're thinking Mr. Wynn can really help out on the breastfeeding front: the football hold is, in fact, a classic.
