Thomas Cook Travel has Cuba on sale with one-week, all-inclusive vacations available between $200 and $300, including return airfare from Toronto. A vacation at Villa Jibacoa in Varadero departing Sept. 13 is $207 plus $276.16 in taxes and fees. A week at Marea del Portillo in Manzanillo de Cuba is $225 plus $190 in taxes with a Sept. 4 departure.
