Panasonic Canada is marking its 35th anniversary in this country by giving $5-million to help build a "music city" on Toronto's waterfront.
The money gives Panasonic "lead-sponsorship" status with Metronome Canada, which wants to build a $75-million music museum, concert hall and office complex on Queen's Quay West near Bathurst Street.
