Toronto police hunt for man who grabbed sleeping woman through bedroom window

A woman was allegedly grabbed by an unknown man who reached through a window while she was sleeping in Toronto early this morning, according to Toronto radio station CFRB.

Police say an arm reached through the woman's bedroom window and touched her just before 5:30 a.m.

Witnesses say they saw a man running down the driveway of the victim's home (in the Renforth Drive and Rathburn Road area).

Police have set up a perimeter around the neighbourhood in an effort to catch the suspect.

A canine unit has been dispatched to aid in the search.
