Woman, 34, charged with manslaughter in July 2013 death of Toronto girl, 2

Toronto police say a 34-year-old woman is charged in the death last year of a two-year-old girl.

Police say Allison Tucker was found without vital signs when officers responded to a call in north Toronto (Wilmington Avenue and Sheppard Avenue West area) on July 4, 2013.

She was taken to hospital by ambulance where she was pronounced dead.

Maria Sosa of Toronto was arrested on Friday and is charged with manslaughter.
