W. Carl Lovas, Chair of Odgers Berndtson Canada, is pleased to announce the addition of Jennifer Norrie Booth as a Principal in the Financial Services practice, of the firm's Toronto office.

With close to ten years of executive search experience, Jennifer has served a wide base of clients in commercial and retail banking, investment and private banking, asset management, insurance and national security exchanges across North America and Europe.

She will continue the firm's commitment to providing clients with deep sector and functional expertise.

Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, Jennifer was a Senior Associate with Heidrick & Struggles in Toronto and served as a senior member of the firm's global Financial Services Practice. She began her search career in London, England, with The Rochester Partnership and The Zygos Partnership.

Earlier in her career, Jennifer spent several years with TD Bank in investment and corporate banking in Toronto, and in management consulting with KPMG in Dublin, Ireland. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Western Ontario and an MBA from Trinity College, University of Dublin.
