The clients of Irene Kaushansky and Philip Brown wanted a property in need of repair in Seaton Village, but were convinced it was a better option to buy a High Park residence in better shape.

"It made more sense to … push the budget a little bit, but then give [our clients]the security and stability to really focus on building [their] careers, not building bathrooms and basements," says Mr. Brown.

"So they ended up with was a house that has been very nicely renovated in a fantastic neighbourhood."
