The Agent's Take: "One-bedroom condos with ensuite laundry are hard to find in Kitsilano under $300,000," realtor Keith Roy said. "This apartment was smaller than most, but it's centrally located, eight blocks from the beach and just a few minutes from downtown. The buyer liked the refinished floors, gas fireplace and the ability to rent the apartment."
