The Action: Late last year, many properties in Richmond Gardens were selling for close to or just over their asking prices.

Buyers also got more than they bargained for with this home. "A bungalow is a little bit unusual for that neighbourhood, most of the houses are two-storeys or back or side-splits," Ms. Gludish adds. "It did need work, but it was large."
