It pops up with a different outrageous comment by the television actor every time someone clicks on his slightly maniacal-looking head.

Jarrett Moffatt is a copywriter who says Sheen has seen the website and likes it.
Moffatt created it with his friend Chris Meisner, another 24-year-old Winnipegger, who now lives and works in New York.
Moffatt says there were seven million page views on Wednesday alone from those who keep clicking on the head to get more Sheenisms.
